For me, the hardest part about losing weight is feeling hungry and not knowing exactly what to eat. I bought the Quick Cleanse kit to shed some weight before I was in a wedding. I did not weigh myself but I can tell you by the day of the wedding my dress zipped up easier than it did at my fitting a week and a half prior! The tea tastes awesome and I plan on continuing to drink it. I actually got both teas because 1. I'm a tea fanatic 2. I wanted to make sure I was drinking a flavor I liked.
