Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding Sunday) as long as your order is in stock. We ship USPS, and our goal is for you to receive your products promptly and in excellent condition. Most U.S. orders include a tracking number, and this tracking number will serve as verification of delivery. If your tracking number shows your order  as "delivered" to the address you provided, we do not take responsibility for any claims of not receiving your package beyond this point, and you agree to these terms and understand that no refund or replacement item will be given for a claim of not receiving the package.

We recommend you follow the tracking, and try to be home when your package arrives or contact your carrier and have him/her put it in a safe place, if you are concerned someone may steal your mail. We also recommend you contact us and arrange for Signature Delivery before you purchase your item, if you have delivery concerns. By ordering from our site, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that you will not receive a refund or a replacement for any order where the tracking shows "delivered" to the shipping address you provided. 

Our products are shipped from our headquarters in Indiana, and we take special care when packing all orders. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Free shipping in the United States on any purchase of $50 or more. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

For International shipping, please note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We ship international orders through the USPS, and they do not offer tracking once your package leaves the U.S. By ordering from our site, you agree that you will not receive a refund or a replacement for any order you place that shows tracking from the last tracking point in the U.S. before it leaves the country.  You agree to take responsibility for contacting your country's postal system if any problem arrives with your package once it leaves the U.S. 

We are not responsible for Duties and VAT that may be charged on items we ship you. These charges are imposed by your country, and we have no control over these charges nor do we receive a percentage of this charge. If your package gets sent back to us because of an unpaid Duties or VAT, we will not be able to issue you a refund for the shipping that was paid on the package.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. There is a restocking and handling charge of $5 or 20% (whichever is greater) and this will be deducted from the amount you paid for your order (excluding the shipping), and this will be the refund amount. If shipping was free on your item, we reserve the right to deduct what we paid to ship you the item plus the 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays the return shipping costs. Please note: We do not offer refunds on our weight loss challenges, or the products that accompany them, for any reason. This prevents one from taking all of our propriety information and not paying for it and prevents people from not following through on something they need to do. If item has been opened, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund. 

If you request a return or exchange due to a mistake in packaging we may ask for a picture. This is to confirm our mistake and also improve future orders and employee training. We work hard to prevent cases like this, but they do occur. In these instances we do ask that un-open items be sent back within 7 days of delivery. Once the product is received we will refund the shipping cost via PayPal.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
