Skinny Jane ships USPS, and our goal is for you to receive your products promptly and in excellent condition. Most U.S. orders include a tracking number, and this tracking number will serve as verification of delivery. If your tracking number shows your order as "delivered" to the address you provided, you agree to take full responsibility for the package after that time. We do not take responsibility for any claims of not receiving a package after tracking shows "delivered," and you agree to these terms and understand that no refund or replacement item will be given.
You agree to and understand that once our carrier delivers and scans your package as delivered, you take full responsibility for the package. We do not take responsibility for packages that go missing once they are delivered (shown via tracking) to the shipping address you provided.
We recommend you follow the tracking, and try to be home when your package arrives or contact your carrier and have him/her put it in a safe place, if you are concerned someone may steal your mail. We also recommend you contact us and arrange for Signature Delivery before you purchase your item, if you have delivery concerns. By ordering from our site, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that you will not receive a refund or a replacement for any order where the tracking shows "delivered" to the shipping address you provided.
Our products are shipped from our headquarters in Indiana, and we take special care when packing all orders. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Free shipping in the United States on any purchase of $50 or more. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
For International shipping, please note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We ship international orders through the USPS and UPS, and USPS does not offer tracking on First Class International once your package leaves the U.S. (Tracking stops at the U.S. border. If you want tracking from the U.S. to your address, please choose U.S. Priority Mail International at checkout.) By ordering from our site, you agree that you will not receive a refund or a replacement for any order you place where the tracking shows it was shipped and processed by the USPS. Once it leaves the U.S., you agree that we will not be liable for any non-delivery claims. For USPS International Priority Mail, if your tracking number shows your order as "delivered" to the address you provided, we do not take responsibility for any claims of you not receiving your package. You agree to take responsibility for your package and for contacting your country's postal system if any problem arrives with your package once it leaves the U.S. Refunds and replacement items will not be given.
We are not responsible for Duties and VAT that may be charged on items we ship you. These charges are imposed by your country, and we have no control over these charges nor do we receive a percentage of this charge. If your package gets sent back to us because of an unpaid Duties or VAT, we will not be able to issue you a refund for the shipping that was paid on the package.

Please note: Returns will not be accepted unless they are first approved by Skinny Jane. Products returned to us that haven't been approved for return and inspection will not be refunded.
Skinny Jane offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee on most new, unopened, undamaged items within 7 days after delivery for a refund. If item has been opened, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund. Upon receipt of your returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within 7 days about your refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will then refund the purchase price within 7 days, using your original payment method.
If you request a return or exchange due to a mistake in packaging, please send us a picture of the item or items you received. This is to confirm our mistake and also improve future orders and employee training. We work hard to prevent cases like this, but they do occur. In these instances we do ask that un-open items be sent back within 7 days of delivery. Once the product is received we will refund the shipping cost via PayPal and ship you the correct item.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. This will begin the return process, if your items are eligible for return based on the above information.
