Skinny Jane Weight Loss Kit as continuously been an effective supplement to my fitness and weight loss goals. I enjoy the subtle chocolate taste in my shakes. Almond milk and 1/2 a banana fill me up for the first part of my day until lunch. The Skinny burn capsules keep me energized and I don't need to have coffee for energy. I do drink coffee for the enjoyment of the taste but the capsules give me energy. The capsules taken every night really work and overall this product is my go to.

Great program, easy to follow. I'm a busy working mom with long hours and lots of stress. This program has been great. It's nicely laid out, easy to follow and most importantly - it's a balanced diet. The meals are affordable items and you can substitute meals or snacks if you wish. The menu is set up so that it's easy to plan ahead for the week - a must have for me! The shakes taste great. I mix mine with soy milk and love it as a substitute for breakfast, as I am running out the door. Compared to similar shakes on the market, this is lower in fat, sugar and calories. Looking forward to moving onto the 8 week challenge.

The main reason that I picked this brand was because there were no fillers in the product and that it was pure with no added extras. I have seen a suppression in my appetite and weight loss. With the amount of weight I am looking to lose I will allow it a few weeks to build up in my body. The other advantage for me with this product has been is that it has helped me to be regular.
