Despite my other friends who've recommended me other metabolizers from body-building.com.. I decided to try this one due to the great reviews. I am quiet amazed!I am very sensitive to caffeine but the amount of caffeine blend is just right in here such that it doesn't give me any jitters.First few days of eating this, I can honestly feel like my stomach feels a little warmer, definitely very thirsty and consumed large amount of water, and worked out harder than usual.I wasn't hungry most of the time and had to force myself to eat.
