I just started using this system, but it seems sustainable. I've been using the vitamins for about two weeks, and I love them. I feel better. I have more energy. The only thing I'd change is that the pills use bovine gelatin, and I try to steer toward a vegetarian lifestyle. I like them so much I will continue to use them, but I do urge The SkinnyJane Team to edit the formula so people who are more strict with their beliefs can enjoy their amazing products. The chocolate shake mix with vanilla almond milk- excellent. I'm terrible at eating breakfast, but when you take vitamins you have to eat or deal with an upset tummy. This shake is my answer, it's great. I didn't receive the skinny burn, I got 2 cleanses. (Packaging error?) So, I just bought that and am waiting for it to arrive- but I'm excited! I am waiting to try the cleanse to make sure everything is going to be good when I add the skinny burn to my system. I don't think I've really lost much, but I feel amazing, and I'll be adding a work out routine soon, so I'm enjoying the journey.

Got my order today! I wasn't expecting it until next week. I'm excited to get started. I opened the shake to smell it and it smells amazing...I gave the powder a taste it actually taste good..no weird after taste like most protein shakes. I'll start with the cleanse tonight and my first shake in the morning! I'll write an update in a week or so on my progress.

If you ever tried losing weight like I have 30 +. years, try this one. I have tried them all..Nutrisystem, weight watchers, medifast, slimgenics, paleo, just to name a few. This one is different in that its is SIMPLE, results are QUICK, gives you tons of energy and I was never hungry. The shakes taste GREAT and you feel full. The pills gave me no side effects. I received the Strawberry Blend. Let me tell you my story before I continue. I have always been athletic, I played baseball, was on the Swim team. Had kids gained weight like most women do. I have super taste buds and Hated mostly all of the protein shakes I have ever tried. well known ones as well. I have a use container of a protein shake in my cupboards that is probably bad now that I think of it. they I bought because others where like "omg it taste just like a chocolate shake" Yeah RIGHT! I hated it and gagged every time I drank it so I stopped. well I did Try the Strawberry Blend from this company and thought okay it's probably going to be chalky like the rest but its worth a shot. Since I am trying to lose 20-25lbs so I have to start somewhere and I was hoping this one didn't taste all that bad. I have a lot of limitations so I drink it with Almond coconut milk. I tried my first glass going in worried about the taste but to my surprise I loved it, I drank the whole cup and I swear I could have had another. I also tried it in my coffee instead of creamer and Yum I get the best of both now without the added calories of creamer. which is a HUGE plus. I did try the Tea and wasn't completely fond of it, well I am not a fan of any tea not even sweet tea so I should have known on that one but I did force myself to drink it for 7 days which is what I was supplied with for my honest review of this product/program. I did end up losing about 4 pounds. which I was happy with in 7 days. I do have medical issues to include hypothyroidism which makes it so hard for me to lose weight. but I did find out that in Skinny Jane's blend shakes they use caseinate and I am allergic to Casein so I did end up with some cramping and other things. But I did Love the shakes and once I get my thyroid back under control I am playing to buy just the shakes (just take a pill for my casein allergy) there is no other shake out there that I like and dealing with a little allergy is okay with me.
