I really like this supplement. I purchased it as part of the Skinny Jane 8 weight loss challenge and, so far, it is working well! I have been using it for just over two weeks. I lost 7 pounds my first week and now have lost a total of 10 pounds. The first week weight comes off very quickly because of the cleansing diet, slows, but has continued steadily. This product does not make me feel jittery at all and really helps with hunger and cravings. I have more energy and put it into my workouts, which is helping me achieve my goals. My workouts also help build muscle, so though I am losing weight, the increased definition that I am seeing is even better. I am finding it pretty easy to follow the diet they have provided, and it seems like it helps build some good habits for the long term since I see this as part of a life change instead of something just short term. I have been exercising every day, which is part of the plan. I love that their plan is simple, has easy recipes and common ingredients, and has been simple to fit into family life. The first week was pretty strict and I did not make the same meals for the whole family, but now in the following weeks, the recipes are ones that I can use for everybody, which is important. Good. This is a great appetite suppressant, I have a problem with getting snacks but after taking this that doesn't happen any more. There is no side affects and I have energy in the morning and not hungry all the time. I take two in the morning as I am a busy teacher and mom and some times do not get home until almost 6 pm. So that is 12 hours away from home but the two pills do not make me feel jittery. I highly recommend this product.

I have been searching for supplements that don't make me feel jittery and these skinny burns are definitely the ones for you! I take 1 when I wake up with a skinny jane shake and multi vitamin from skinny jane with a banana and then I take another later on after lunch. These give you plenty of energy so you really don't need pre workout or any type of cup of coffee. I would continue to purchase this product.

It really works! I felt the effects all day!

Yes! Yes! Yes! I just love this product! This provides me with a great amount of energy without the crashing feeling. The best thing of all is it helped me with my cravings. I'm so glad I found this product! Besides these, I have to brag on the Skinny Jane shakes that keep me full and going until lunch. I usually have to eat breakfast pretty early, then I don't get to eat lunch until 12:30. These shakes do the trick and keep me full! They also taste amazing! The Skinny Vites keep me feeling good as well, and I believed they just improved everything, even the way I sleep!
