    I give it 5 stars based on the taste and customer service alone, Today is my first day on the diet plan so I can't report results yet. I ordered strawberry and I add soy milk, frozen berries, and plain yogurt and it tastes really good!!! After I ordered the package, it was suppose to take almost 2 weeks to arrive, but the skinny jane people expedited my shipping to 2 day shipping without me asking or knowing, and this was explained to me in a hand written note in my package.

    The company shipped it expedited at n/c. Which I really appreciated. Was I thought was awesome. Lost 5 pounds the first week. Love the shake, choc. taste good! Very filling! I am not fond of the cleanser, it is just me - hate doing that type of stuff. But it is tolerable, really not in the bathroom that much. Just in the am. So don't worry, you won't be in the bathroom all day. The fat burner, works great. Really curbs my appetite.

    All I can say is WOW!! The chocolate skinny blend protein shake is absolutely AMAZING!! I have tried so many different protein powders but they all leave a terrible after taste not to mention the chalky taste when you are actually drinking them. This is definitely my new favorite...fixing to order some banana and vanilla so I have a variety of choices! The 28 day challenge was so much easier to complete than your typical diet because there is no guess work!! The meal plan is easy to follow and all of the food is easily found at the local grocery store...no trips to fancy stores needed to get special food. Also, the Skinny Burn and Cleanse didn't cause any uncomfortable issues or adjustment period. I immediately noticed the energy from the skinny burn especially since I cut out ALL soda's and didn't have the headaches I normally would get trying to cut out sodas!! Give these products a try, you will not regret it and will be back to purchase more!!!

    I lost 10.5 pounds!

    I just finished the 28 day challenge. In 4 short weeks I lost 10.5 lbs and 14 inches. I can't believe how quickly I lost the weight, especially since I had previously been dieting unsuccessfully for months. The Skinny Jane diet plan is simple to follow. The meals are quick and easy to prepare (which is good since I am not a skilled or competent cook). The supplements work and I didn't have any nasty side effects. I was worried about the Skinny Cleanse pills since I have a sensitive stomach, but I didn't experience any pain or discomfort. The Skinny Burn pills helped wake me up in the morning, though I think they could use a bit more caffeine; I made it through the day thanks to the caffeinated TKO tea I had with lunch. The shake is delicious! I got the chocolate flavor and I never got tired of having it every day. At first the challenge was hard for me to get into; I'm not used to eating so many times a day and I really missed my carbs and soda. But I lost 4 pounds in the first week, which really motivated me to stick with it. I'm so glad I did; I can see the results reflected in the mirror and on the scale. This is the kind of diet that can turn into a lifestyle change. I've already ordered more Skinny Jane supplements and protein powder (I'm sticking with the chocolate) and I plan to continue following the lessons I learned from the past 28 days. I recommend Skinny Jane to anyone who has been struggling to lose weight and wants live a healthier life.

    This is a great kit. I do not think drinking shake 2 times a day is a great diet plan but for a short term jump start it is okay. I love the taste of the shake mixed with almond milk. The shake does have 7grams of carbs per scoop which is high in my opinion. I have ordered this twice and I never get a scoop in the bag. It is difficult to know how much to put in, is it a tablespoon, 2, 3, etc. This is a great jump start but not a sustainable way to loose weight, longterm

    I have been doing this for 2 weeks and have lost 5 lbs. The routine isn't hard to follow, and I feel full all day. The protein shake tastes great and I like the recipes that come with the 28 day challenge. I am planning to continue this routine and move into the 8 week challenge.

    The Skinny Jane 28 Day Challenge is one of the best diets I have tried, hands down! It is so simple and easy to follow, which I think is necessary in order to be successful with any type of weight loss program. When you start to get too complicated, it makes it easier to fall off the “wagon,” as I like to call it. In the past, I have followed other diet plans and lost about 8 – 10 lbs. and then would give up after a couple of weeks. So far, I have successfully completed two rounds of this program and still use this as a guide in meal planning in order to maintain my weight loss, and have lost a total of 26 lbs. and 32 inches. I lost 20 lbs. during the first two months of the program (which was strictly followed, with a cheat meal once every two weeks or so), and lost an additional six pounds in the third month only by somewhat following the meal plan (with a cheat meal a couple times a week). I am 5’5 and my starting weight for this program was 160 lbs. I really liked this diet plan because it laid everything out in black and white for me. The instruction booklet that is provided includes instructions for the diet and how to take the supplements, a weight and inches tracker, grocery lists, a very detailed menu list for each of the four weeks in the diet, recipes, and tips to stay motivated. The food list is so simple and so are the recipes. There is nothing complicated about this diet, which is one of the reasons why I love it so much! I did incorporate a work out plan with this diet to maximize my results. I tried to work out for at least 20 minutes a day, with a minimum of 4-5 days a week. I did a combination of work out videos (various Jillian Michaels DVDs and the Ruthless program) and did a run/walk regime. I took the skinny burn pills religiously throughout the program and never experienced any negative side effects from them. I felt a slight increase in energy and a decrease in appetite. I did take these differently than instructed, however. The instructions say to take two pills in the morning. I found that taking one in the morning, and the other between 3pm – 5pm (around the time when I was about to start my evening workout) really worked best for me. It gave me a slight increase in energy that I needed to work out and also helped me not to feel so HANGRY (angry hungry) after a long day at work. I was really nervous to try the skinny cleanse after reading some of the reviews on Amazon about it keeping some users on the toilet all day. Once I worked up the courage to use it, I was pleasantly surprised that it in no way gave me an upset stomach or had me running to the bathroom all day. I took only one skinny cleanse pill each night during my first round of the 28-day program and it kicked in the next day, usually at the same time each morning, like clock-work. Without getting into too much detail, I never experienced an unpleasant reaction from these pills and highly recommend them if you are looking for a gentle cleanse to help kick start your weight loss journey. The Skinny Blend protein powder is surprisingly delicious! I ordered the chocolate flavor, and every time I used it I felt like I was cheating on my diet. I especially felt like I was cheating when I utilized some of the recipes given in the skinny-map booklet and blended it into a smoothie. It helped me to feel not so “deprived” as I often feel when I am dieting. My husband even enjoyed it and would often “taste test” when I blended the powder with a little bit of peanut butter :) I always blended it with unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk versus real milk to save on calories. I believe having the shake as an afternoon snack really helped to keep me on track and not cheat when I wasn’t able to go home after work. It helped me to avoid temptation of eating bad food or drinking too much alcohol when I was in a social setting, and kept my hunger at bay until I was able to get home to eat the meal that was planned for the day. Overall, I highly recommend this diet to anyone who is looking for an easy to follow, effective, weight loss program. I am so thankful that I found Skinny Jane as it helped me to finally lose the weight I have been trying to lose for years now. I still have a few pounds to go to reach my goal weight, and will be ordering the 8-week plan to help get me there and to help maintain my weight loss. Weight loss does not happen overnight, but if you are looking for a program that will help you see fast results and teach you new eating habits that will help keep the weight off, then I suggest trying Skinny Jane. You won’t regret it!
