STOP!!! Get out of that fridge! It's wayyyyy too late to be snacking! You shouldn't eat within 3 hours of going to bed. AND....adequate sleep helps with weight loss! So...get out of the kitchen, go to bed, get a good night's sleep, and be ready to start your weekend right with a healthy breakfast in the morning!! Sweet dreams!
