1.) Almonds - Cancer killing dietary fats, vitamins, and minerals
2.) Apples - Vitamin C and Phytonutrients
3.) Blueberries - Vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients
4.) Chilli Peppers - Capsaicin, vitamin C, and high in dietary fibre
5.) Eggs - Omega 3 Essential fatty acids, Selenium, vitamin D
6.) Flax Seeds - Dietary fibre and Omega 3 essential fatty acids
7.) Green Peas - protective vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients
8.) Green Tea - Flavan-3-ols
9.) Oranges - Gallic acid and vitamin C
10.) Red Wine - Apigenin, catechin, and Kaempferol
11.) Soy Beans - Omega 3 Essential fatty acids, copper, dietary fibre
12.) Walnuts - Gallic acid and Omega 3 Essential fatty acids
