Healthy Holiday Skinny Blend Protein Shake Recipes!

If you’re like us here at Skinny Jane, you love the holidays, and all the special drink recipes that come with it! The only downside is the large amount of calories in each drink! So, we have come up with 4 recipes that have the flavor of the holidays with out all the calories! And as always, remember to visit us at for more info on losing weight!

* Pumpkin Egg Nog Shake

1 Scoop Skinny Jane Skinny Blend Weight Loss Powder

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1/2 Cup Soy Egg Nog

1/2 Canned Pumpkin

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. fresh ground nutmeg

2 tsp. stevia

8-10 Ice Cubes or as needed for desired consistency

* Peppermint Nog Shake

1 cup nog soymilk ( Silk Nog )

1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

dash rum extract ( optional )

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 scoop Skinny Jane Skinny Blend Weight Loss Powder

2 cups ice cubes pinch salt

to taste reddi wip whipped topping ( optional, for garnish - If not dairy-free )

to taste peppermint candy ( crushed, optional for garnish )

Place ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Garnish with optional topping s and serve!

* Gingerbread Protein Shake

1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein

1/4 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp ground cloves

1/2 tsp cinnamon
