Sugar comes from the most unusual places. Most people do not realize that there are several different forms of sugar coming from sources that you would never expect. For example, sugar is found in pretzels, bread, salad, peanut butter, etc. Why, you might ask? Sugar satisfies our taste buds and it leaves you craving more to eat.
